AFNT Property Services offers tile installation and repair in Salem and the surrounding Willamette Valley. From a new floor or kitchen backsplash to damaged tile and worn grout, we review the existing surface and help define a practical scope for your home.

FLOOR TILE & BACKSPLASH INSTALLATION

We review room dimensions, tile selection, layout, transitions, and the condition of the installation surface. Your estimate should account for preparation as well as setting and grouting the tile. Share the room type, approximate square footage, and any tile you have selected.

DAMAGED TILE REPLACEMENT

Cracked, chipped, or loose tile may require more than a surface repair. We review the surrounding tiles and accessible substrate before recommending a scope. If you have spare matching tiles, include photos and quantities. Existing tile may be discontinued, so an exact match is not always available.

GROUT & CAULKING

Services include grout removal and replacement and tub and shower caulking. Recurring cracks, movement, or water damage should be assessed before cosmetic work. Grout and caulk repairs do not replace a failed waterproofing system.

CAN YOU INCLUDE TILE IN A RENOVATION?

Yes. We can review tile alongside cabinet, countertop, flooring, or bathroom improvements and coordinate qualified trades where needed. Tell us about the complete project so preparation and installation can be scheduled in the right order.

WHAT AFFECTS THE ESTIMATE?

Tile size and pattern, area, demolition, substrate condition, floor transitions, access, and material availability affect the work. Hidden damage or uneven surfaces may require additional preparation, which we discuss before expanding the scope.
