AFNT Property Services is a locally owned general contracting company founded by Salem residents Kosta and Kevin. We help homeowners, real estate agents, and investors repair and renovate homes throughout Salem and the surrounding Willamette Valley.

Kosta holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and brings experience in geotechnical consulting, design-build construction, and project coordination. Kevin’s background as a real estate agent and investor adds a practical understanding of renovation priorities and preparing homes for sale. Together, they connect careful planning with the improvements that matter to each property.

From drywall, paint, flooring, and trim to kitchen and bathroom updates and inspection repairs, our focus is straightforward: a clear scope, organized scheduling, dependable craftsmanship, and communication throughout the job. We coordinate qualified trades when needed and keep you informed as the work progresses.
