Affinity Property Services was founded by two friends, Kosta and Karim, who each moved from California to Oregon in search of a more intentional pace of life.

With backgrounds in engineering and customer service, they bring a unique balance of precision and people-first focus to every job. Their mission is simple: to help homeowners maintain and enhance their properties through reliable, high-quality property cleaning services. Whether it’s pressure washing, soft washing, or gutter cleaning, they take pride in the details and treat every home as if it were their own.

To strengthen the business even further, Kosta and Karim brought on Kevin Peña, a real estate agent and entrepreneur, to fill the gaps in their marketing experience. Kevin’s industry insight and entrepreneurial mindset help bridge the business to the real estate community and ensure Affinity’s services are positioned where homeowners and agents need them most.
